I know this may sound weird,but i think that it already gotten out on Blue Ray or somewhere cause Believe.in.Winx already has i think full movie in english,not really sure,cause she posted English Believix Transofrmation,and some 3-4 clips so i think you sohuld ask here.I got information othat it will come out in 2011,but date,dont now :/ XD ^^
