Here are basic skin care secrets everyone should know!!Apple Mask(For Normal Skin)
Needed Things:
An apple (cored and quartered)
2 tsp honey Method: Take a blender or a food processor and chop the pieces of apple in it. Mix the honey and put it in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face with the tapping motion. Tap the area until the honey feels tacky. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse it off with cool water.
Banana Mask:
Needed Things:
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. all natural honey
4 tbsp ground oats
Mineral water
1 cucumber Method:Mash the ripe banana until it has a smooth texture. Skin has a natural protective layer of fats that are meant to keep the skin moisturized while protecting it from the elements. Add the natural honey. It is known to reduce inflammation and swelling in wounds and can kill germs. Stir in the ground oats and enough water that the face mask has a creamy consistency. The oatmeal in the face mask helps exfoliate the skin, removing dirt. Peel and slice two pieces of cucumber. Cucumber has natural nourishing, hydrating and astringent properties . Wash your face with warm water and pat dry.Apply the banana face mask evenly to your face and neck and place the cucumber slices over your eyes. Relax for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing the mask off with warm water.
Strawberry Mask:
Needed Things:
2 large and very ripe strawberries
2 tablespoon
1 drop lemon essential oil Method: Rinse the strawberries and pat away excess water. Set one strawberry side. Using a small food processor, process the other strawberry until it is completely pulverized. Add the oats and process further until the mixture is smooth. If it seems too watery (because you had an especially juicy strawberry!), add oats a little at a time, processing after each, until a smooth paste forms. You will see visible pieces of strawberry seeds which will aid in the skin treatment process.The mixture should be paste-like but spreadable. Transfer to a small bowl and add the essential oil. Stir to combine.Spread Strawberry Face Mask in a thick layer onto face and neck area (avoiding eyes and lips) with fingertips or a cosmetic brush. Rest for 15-20 minutes, while you eat the other juicy strawberry! Rinse off with cool water. Follow with toner. Add moisturizer if desired, using a bit less if your skin is oily, or more if your skin is dry. |
